I'm curious, I have no idea how to find the Artifact hat and I was wondering how to find it. I really want to be the first person to find it one day and get the bubble parts. Like do you use Fred's level Treasure Map to find it? I think there used to be hints back in the day before there was a password on it? I have no idea.
