Problem: When you receive a set from either a contest or VOM, the feet doesn't come with it

Type of Problem: I think client?

Expected Behavior: Supposed to have feet in the parts

Actual Behavior: Don't have feet in the parts

Steps to Reproduce the Problem: Award someone a full set from a contest or buy a set from VOM, the feet are missing

EDIT: You can still receive the prizes on campaign that give out feet parts

Just thought I'd add that bubble set still gets awarded correctly (the full set).
