let's make a spam section where everyone can spam as many threads and posts as they want and it doesn't add up to your user post count

e.g. with "Last Post Wins" for posting
for making threads there's not a bit for spamming those but I don't see why you'd need to spam threads unless each one had a topic/reason (even a village games reason) to be there
