I didn't know people could be this stupid, nowadays. The amount of jail time that he'll receive is nowhere near as bad as the amount of time it'll take to heel his pelvis and tailbone. If you've ever broken either one of these before, then from what I've heard, that shit hurts like hell, man. The way this guy landed was awkward and idiotic.
