Sorry about the lack of updates, I just left it and left it and they kept building up. With some help it's updated now (from the posts on this thread).

There is now 200 accounts under rank 50 on the list, even though that is probably wrong as it's hard to keep track of lower 50s without putting in accounts with guild tokens.

https://pr2hub.com/leaderboard.php now has tokens used which is helpful but it includes accounts rank with guild tokens, this thread does not.
For comparison, this thread has 698 users on it and the leaderboard has 824.

I'd assume he either got kicked or the guild got deleted, and he hasn't logged in since that happened so those guild tokens won't be removed until he does.

How come you don't fah those acc to 8th then you'd gain more exp then rank up faster?
