I completely missed this when you posted it. Thrasher: Skate and Destroy was essentially the forerunner to the Skate series with its controls and way ahead of its time. Totally unique and an awesome concept. The developers, Z-Axis, also developed the Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX games (and the third abomination that should not be named) that had very similar controls and ragdoll physics. After watching skating channels review this game, I have always wanted to play it. EDIT: Also just looked at the soundtrack, and it is all bangers of 80s and 90s hip-hop. RE: Obscure, Rare, and Lost Media - LCPD - 24th October 2025 Turn-On (1969) Once relegated to lost media, it was found and uploaded both episodes. It was a comedy like show “designed by a computer.” Legend has it as it was airing across the US, it was cancelled by ABC By the time it reached the Midwest for its negative reception. RE: Obscure, Rare, and Lost Media - famknight - 24th October 2025 Echelon (2001) An arcade styled flight sim game made in Russia. It has a very niche community and understandably so because this game was never popular (even when it was launched). It is available on Steam and also has a sequel called Echelon: Wind Warriors RE: Obscure, Rare, and Lost Media - solarfiction - 24th October 2025 this always interested me |
