PR3 didn't have too big of simming or macroing stuff. Maybe it was better balanced from the start, but also nobody cared.

Dotime was also muted for most of original PR3's history. Most of PR3's members were basically always at odds with the few mods.

Sparkworkz was basically the 4chan of the Platform Racing universe. It was so bad that everyone was a troll and always muted or banned. Cheating rampant.
