Fix LE load levels popup - John m. - 9th May 2019
you can make it so we can see all our levels when on the load level selection in the level editor since it has a limit too

the scroll bar is weird too
when you click up and down arrow it doesn't increment by 1 it increments loads like 6

I half fixed this; you can now see up to 1000 levels. I want to add pages to that popup in the future, but for now, this will have to do.
