Let Members Delete Their Guild - Ashley766 - 11th October 2019

This would free up a ton of guild names that have zero people in them. If they don't want their guild anymore, they [the guild owner] could just delete it. Maybe there could be a confirmation if they want to delete their guild.

now that guilds can't be without an owner, there should at least be a disband option for an owner to have
