i was folding and at around 99% when i went to a different tab. but when i came back i saw that it was a 0.03%
i checked my stats and it said it was the same as b4

That's because you started a new WU, and the stats are the same cuz fah doesn't update right away. Check the log on your fah client it tells you everything
