I do not believe so. I haven't logged in in a long while and my account wasn't deleted anywhere here.

If you're talking about in pr2, they deleted accounts that were under rank 15 and at least 5(?) years inactive. If you're talking about JV, I'm pretty sure none of the profiles were transferred over to JV2 from the OG JV.
