Serial Killer manhunt for Halloween... - TRUC - 1st November 2020
... with a sword and medieval outfit. Tonight was really a mess, kept getting calls for info at work since pretty much nothing else is open overnight.

After nearly 3 hours when they arrested him with his car filled to the brim with gas tanks and potentially explosives, he was suffering from hypothermia, so they got him to the hospital, where he was soon seen by a doctor and a psychologist who identified a psychosis, even if the guy was known to have been planning this kind of ''stunt'' since 2014 and well aware of his surroundings.
So he will likely get out of this with barely anything serious.

That was a wild read. Some people are just downright crazy.

The guy was from Montreal so it could have been a lot closer
