Special characters in PMs are converted into HTML code - Master Raiden - 2nd February 2024 Problem: Special characters display as their HTML escaped variant when replying to a PM Type of Problem: Client Expected Behavior: The text in the PM displays as it is shown in the PMs tab Actual Behavior: Special characters are not displayed as they are shown in the PMs tab Steps to Reproduce the Problem: 1. Send yourself a PM with special characters such as <, >, ', and " 2. Receive the PM and click the Reply to Message button The special characters will be displayed differently in the pop up Additional Information: It wasn't like this a few months ago and there has not been any PR2 updates (as far as I know) before this started happening. RE: Special characters in PMs are converted into HTML code - ~JBG~ - 2nd February 2024 I think I might've been the cause of this. there had to be a quickfix for the PMs system regarding html code so I assume this is a side effect of that fix. I'm sure it'll get fixed once bls has free time to do so hehe
