What stats do you use for: 1) levels like campaign, lotw etc 2) traps or anything else I missed, I use 100 45 rest.

This, but 96 speed serves the same purpose as 98, and so does 56 and 57 jump.
So 96-rest-56, 49 in my case.

I usually use a balanced 65 65 65.

Depends on the level of course, but mostly something like 100 45 55.
