When one disconnects their wifi from pr2 on accident, they can reconnect if they reconnect within like 15 seconds.
However, there isn't this leeway when someone disconnects from ethernet. So wondering if it is possible to make the same reconnecting rule with ethernet.
Also a side note: Probably best not to raise the reconnection time, as you would be able to purposely disconnect and do stuff during that time. You can already do some stuff.
