Art 0.5
Art 0.5 will be an additional layer in LE where the art goes over the blocks and behind the player. Bouncing off of that idea, I think it would also be cool if Art -0.5 could be a thing where the art goes behind the blocks and in front of the player.
Block Layers
Block layers would essentially be 'blocks behind blocks'. It would probably only be useful for blocks that move, disappear, or vanish.
Not sure how hard these would be to implement but I think that these would be cool additions to PR2 and/or PRF
