It's ok. I think my symptoms are starting to heal, now. I went to the doctor about it yesterday. They said acid reflux is not a serious condition.

I think it might have happened, randomly. It's the first time I've ever had it before. I know I've had digestive issues for years, but I'm not quite sure what triggered this to happen. Probably spicy foods or something.
