Title. If a happy hour is stacked and is more than 1 hour, it'll say "this happy hour will end in __ hours and __ minutes."

Can we have this for any HH even
just doing /hh either says "there is no HH" or "There is a HH that will end in __ Hours and __ Minutes" (the hours part not needed if less than 1 hour)
