Set Randomiser

Like how on PR2 style designer you can pick a random style, a button that does that on PR2 (with only the sets you have)
Probably good to make 2 separate buttons, one for the randomisation of sets and another for the randomisation of colours

What about a “everytime you start a race, you’ll start with a random part on” button?

SUGGESTION: the ability to randomize any and all owned parts (hats included, and colors) at the roll of the dice.
