[Suggestion] Split Pr2 HTML bug report threads and others in the homepage

The bug reports are taking up most thread spaces, so I think the homepage should be split into 4 sections for the time being
Blogs and Referrals on the left as usual, but Pr2 HTML bugs split from Other threads in a similar way on the right
With the heading that says "topic", etc. that'd allow for 9 threads for each of the sections (if divided evenly)

Please, someone do something about it. All of the discussion threads are getting bumped off of the page.
