Have a little number for bubbles popped in the banner collectively by everyone

Hmm... I think I could do this, using cookies (like how loadouts and options on PR2 save). The only downside is it would be easily manipulated by the user, but what would be the point of that? None, except to have bragging rights... to yourself.
 Edit: Just saw the request is for everyone. That is definitely more work than it's worth, but I can add two fields for a specific user: one for total popped this time around (until you refresh the page and reload the bubbles) and one for total popped on all pages.
