Unless it's an iron deficiency (anemia), they didn't check for that last time

It sounds like it. I'm not a doctor, but there are countless reasons why someone could be having body aches.

Just thinking of vitamins/minerals that can cause weakness/aching. Vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, and magnesium come to mind. I know I'm getting enough B12 and vitamin D cause my levels were checked recently. So maybe I can have the doctor run a blood test for iron and magnesium

I bought a new phone and I can't figure out how to transfer my data, I'm kind of stupid when it comes to technology

It really depends on the person. If you're one of those people who can't take certain vitamins, then you should definitely consult your doctor. Usually those vitamins that you just mentioned, shouldn't cause weakness/aching. Unless they're synthetic, over-the-counter vitamins.

Excellent! So, what don't you understand about how technology works with cell phones? I'm pretty smart. I'd say I'm tech-savvy when it comes to this stuff. I figured out how to use Apple products, even though I was originally a Windows and Android user.

I know how to open apps and make calls and texts, that's about where my knowledge ends

I can't do any of that on my new phone until I figure out how to transfer my data and phone number

I just bought a unlimited talk/text plan for my old phone and wanted to transfer it to the new phone, but the old phone can't talk or text. So I guess I just wasted a bunch of money

If I were you, the first thing I would do is call customer service from my old cell phone carrier. Tell them that you want the account number and PIN number that you have with them. From there, they'll tell you what to do next.

Then eventually, you'll need to call your new carrier and tell them that you're trying to switch your current phone from your old carrier, to there's. They'll probably end up asking you for your current account number and PIN from your old carrier. Also, you'll get asked personal info like your name and address.

As for transferring data, you can just buy a usb cable that's suitable for your old phone. Make sure that it also fits your monitor as well. Once you connect it from your old phone to your monitor, you may be promoted to download an app that allows you to transfer files from your old phone to the app. Once it's all there, drag the files from your app that's on your computer, onto your desktop.

Then repeat the above steps with your new phone, only this time, you would drag the files off your desktop to your new app that's on your desktop. Hope this helps!

I had to go through this when requesting to transfer my phone number over to Apple.
