[PR] Platform Racing 4

Platform Racing 4 has had pretty decent progress on the Github page (thanks to both Jiggmin and contributors). Most of the discussion has been in the Discord channel, but there should probably be a proper thread here too to post about changes and such.

(For now I've just set the prefix to Platform Racing 1 because there isn't a Platform Racing 4 prefix)

Just visited GitHub on his page for PR4. It looks like he’s been working on all this stuff all by himself for a while, now. Someone send me some screenshots of what he’s been working on for PR4. I think I can help make PR4 a lot better than what’s currently planned.

Jiggmin merges it but the commits are by both Jiggmin and others (there was a big update merged yesterday done by FlashRock/Jeremiah) https://github.com/jacob-grahn/platform-...-4/pull/55
