Challenge 6: Follow the Sushie

I think for dinner my wife and I are doing Japanese Curry (vegan)? It has apples in it which is weird but I love Japanese cuisine so I cannot imagine this being anything but delicious

Thats also a menu item in our household. I cant really taste the apples.

Ive made pizza with apples before though...didnt pull it off but if i do it again id probably slice them super super thin or find a way to soften them
