Animated polka dot background

Hi I Have a teeny weeny level editor background option idea that can make your levels more lively for the new client updates the option could be if you could set the polka dots background be animated by haveing it flash into random different colors kinda like a disco thing so here’s my outline to make it so it’s not too flashy, laggy or just a plain eyesore 

Every time you load the level it will load 3 separate versions or frames of the background
And it will switch between those every 1 - 3 seconds or however long you guys think it’s not too distracting but it’s fun to look at
