I don't think this is intentional. I also think I know why this happens, but it'll take me a bit longer to fix since I'll have to add a mechanism to add the part to new guild members' accounts.

Also, buying EE, Frosty boy, King and Queen sets is still broken

I'm working on this, too. I can't test the vault stuff since I don't have the Kong API password, nor do I have access to the error logs.
