And also relies on how much exp you already gained in a day (or between server resets quite possibly?)
so you start at 100% exp
then it goes to 75% then to 50%
So for a 2 min race you'd get +50 with no cap, +38 with partial and +25 with full cap
it also applies to players beaten too
