I'd say 5 WUs per week. It's an easily obtainable number that still has tangible progress towards a goal, and even if you were to fold in "off hours" it should still be somewhat reasonable. F@H tends to allocate WUs based on power available -- big WUs for big GPU/CPUs, and vice versa.
