In What Year did PR2 Begin to Decline, and Why?

IMO, I think late 2013-2015 is where the decline of players and activities.


I left PR2 for a year and half in 2014 to mid 2015. I came back only because I saw @AlphaZ getting to rank 70, that's when I started to come back to surpass him
