I had an idea for this hat earlier! You can find it in a thread I made about hat suggestions. I like your art a lot better, but maybe I can give you an idea as to what it would do.

Honestly I'm a bit surprised with the way it came out, but I still can't figure out if the bells should be big or small, lol
