[Other] Flash Player: Intense rotation lag on modern processors

A solution has been found!

Swapping useFlashType from 1 to 2 in jpexs for the name box text objects completely eliminates all rotation lag.

Removing CSMTextSettings also fixes the problem, and in Animate, setting name tags to anti-alias for animation removes CSMTextSettings, so it looks like that's the way to go.
