Leaderboards for the fastest times
There are many ways to implement this which I won't get into, but finish lag should be taken into account.

100%, honestly could just use client-time
Community is small enough and if you want proof still require a video
(It could do input verif but this could bug out and would be something that'd require more time and more data which I don't see worth it for it)

Customized stat totals
If there was a game mode / server that allowed the level creator to give the player a certain maximum number of points, to be allocated however they want, that would add a lot of opportunity for creativity.

Ngl imo tournament server should do this. Just have it display the stats you raced with in the chat.
