I can tell when they miss their freedom as the civilians were allowed to bring food from the outside and soon as they saw the McDonalds bag, they craved it. i can also see a difference between newly arrived inmates who are adjusting to their life behind bars to the ones who have been there for ages, you adjust to the rules and procedures and they like having structure in their life.
To say the least, once I was promoted to a job outside of the prison, I was relieved and happy to have a little bit more freedom at work. It was an experience I wont forget. The inmates wrote me a goodbye card as well.
What’s the security level like there? Is it like hi-tech security where everything is state-of-the-art, and they have cameras, metal doors, and guards everywhere, or is it easy for someone to escape from there? I asked because I’ve seen a lot of documentaries on YouTube where former inmates have shared their experiences that were based on how they escaped from prison using weaknesses in the system, and how they got caught.
