I haven't been back to the hospital, but I'm still not in great shape. I'm on an antidepressant and an anxiety medicine. They gave me a beta blocker for my increased heartbeat, but it gave me side effects. I'm eating slightly better than I was, but still no actual meals. The referral I got for the therapist can't see me until October, so now I have to try to find someone else.

Honestly at this point, I don't even want to reach out to people because I feel like I'm bothering them with my issues.
