Camer is a Brit, so it makes sense. They still eat over there like they're still rationing food during the World Wars.
When it comes to large-scale franchise sandwich shops, Jersey Mikes is clearly the best, and you gotta get your order "Mike's Way".
My favorite sandwich shop is an award-winning local Italian shop called Pane Bianco. Their bread alone is the best I've ever tasted, hands down-- it's fresh baked daily in a wood-fired oven.
