When I was a kid I thought the car that Homer designed was pretty cool. Actually I still think it's pretty cool. I've also always liked a lot of vintage cars from an aesthetic point of view, I think modern cars are pretty ugly by comparison. That said, I'd never want to actually own a vintage car. I'd take a car that's ugly but safe over a glamorous death trap any day.
If I was going to get a car and had $1,000,000, I'd probably just get whatever SUV is the most environmentally friendly (boring I know).
