The caseworkers on the hospital and I are the only people she can get help.

ok it's good that there are at least some people at the hospital that are trying to help out.

My mother and I have no friends irl therefore I am thinking of making as many people as possible (including whoever random people) know our situation; while my mother, who had suffered from her experiences the most, is against this opinion.

I understand that you want everyone to know about the treatment your mother has faced but if she's against the idea of this being publicized to everyone it might be better to listen to her so you don't do something that'll upset her
