DESSERTS ?????

Tell me more about these desserts because I’ve tried to identify them, but I couldn’t.

In the first image:
1. That was some chocolate mousse cake with a vanilla macaron
2. A chocolate lava cake with hazelnut ice cream behind it. It looks cool, but all the stuff inside it leaks out and it's hard to spoon it up afterwards.

Second image:
1. The handbag-looking thing on the left is encased in white chocolate, and the inside is vanilla, pistachio, berries and almond.

2. The next one with the flowers on it is chocolate and orange with earl grey

3. The "log" with "moss" and butterflies on it is dark chocolate, almond, matcha and raspberry

Third image:
1. This was a really impressive looking lemon meringue dessert
2. The one on the left is a peach and lychee flavored. The outside of the cake, and the decorative element on top is made of some colored white chocolate.
The other one is guava, blood orange, matcha and pistachio. This wasn't really that good. The guava tasted weird, but it was still nice to try it.
