This unironically looks so cool, your game is coming along well! I actually really like the aesthetic in particular, it's cute, weird and dark. I'm excited to see more updates.
I don't know if this will be helpful at all, but maybe I can share my (super amateur) process for 3D modelling. Usually I start by doing line art of whatever I want to model from the front and side. Then in Blender I put those drawings on planes in the background, so I can use them as references, and trace them with vertices. Once you have "outlines" from the front and side angles, it's surprisingly not too hard to fill in the rest of the model. I feel like in general this is an awful way to model anything, but I think it's simple and noob-friendly.
