Is using speed burst on the right arrow considered a glitch?

While I can't speak for Dexterity, and won't, I want to give my opinion on it so it can hopefully save everyone some time. I wouldn't consider it a glitch. From the way it's set up, these are placed just after you get a speed burst, and you are only just using momentum to pass through. Almost like a crumble block, but only allowing you to pass through with high speeds. If the level creator didn't want you going there, they would probably just put a wall there instead.  

But this is just my thoughts on it, of course. Correct me if I'm wrong @Dexterity, Or thank the post if it's not considered a glitch!
