I'm on my bad laptop that can't make videos so I'll have to use a picture
The frost djinn particle effects stay the same size on the Account tab as they do on the looking at person bit (but since the rest of the character is bigger it doesn't match, the particle effect should be scaled along with the character here instead of not being scaled at all like it is currently)
I think it's ok with account tab vs in race but since the difference is slight and I can't compare properly without video I don't know for sure
