I'm sorry to hear that, Ash. If it's Caffeine from coffee, then it sounds like there's something else in there too, that might have a greater effect on your mental health, then just the caffeine side of it. Do you think it's all kinds of coffee with caffeine in it, or maybe just certain name brands or something?
