Well according to The O'Jays, money is the root of all evil. Causes people to sell their bodies to get it, rob people at gunpoint to get it, sometimes kill people to get it, sell harmful drugs to people to get it, causes jealousy, causes greed, etc.
Me personally, I think upbringing has a lot to do with how people turn out, evil or good. Although I don't think evil can all be pinpointed to one thing.
But of the three you listed, I'd say money has the most potential to cause evil.
