A neat thing happens when you establish a healthy diet over the long term: healthy food starts tasting great, and junk food starts tasting disgusting. That's where I'm at. I mean that 2nd picture doesn't even look appealing to me-- you could put all that food out in front of me, and I wouldn't touch it.
(Not sure what biological mechanisms are at play here, something to do with rewiring your brain's reward structure in relation to the foods you eat).
