It wasn’t deep fried. Had a mole enchilada sauce to make it wet. Very yum!

Mine is probably Roasted Red Pepper or Garlic. Had chocolate hummus once…weird but a vibe good w/ fruit!

I work 5 days but depending on how much work I have I sometimes work past company hours and on the weekend to meet deadlines. Luckily that isnt the case currently though

Ooooo yum! Ok i’ll have to be on the lookout for that! Idk if any places have that out here but if needed i can make a trek to Oregon lol. I have a friend who lives outside of Seattle so I could use that to hit OR!

I love mole! I dont think ive had actual mole in a long time.my grandpa used to make mole chicken all the time when i was a kid

During the NBA Finals Burrito Amigos kept having commercials on, so I promised I’d try it next time we were visiting friends in Eugene lol. It was worth it I’d say!

It was a damn good! And they had house made chips on the side so I crushed the chips and threw them up top eating it together. Chips so good smothered in the mole.
