when you use it, it homes into your opponent's general direction and after a certain distance it comes back you, and if you catch it you can use it again. tho each time you use it, it gets faster making it more difficult to catch. also maybe it can even go through blocks

I like the idea but something almost identical in how it works was already suggested.

art seems very thick and could be better researched in relation to decorations (as someone who has lived in Australia and has mild knowledge about Indigenous art) but I'm always down to support adding great suggestions into PR2
