I could do it in a way where I do my two posts in a row at the start of a minute and then wait it out till the time changes

*It is once every minute for staff, this is because the post timestamps do not log seconds. Only hours and minutes. There is no way for me to verify if staff posted 2 posts 15 seconds apart or 30.
*CORRECTION* One minute apart for everyone from this point forward. It's silly to give staff a handicap here
