This level had the most user votes for this weeks Users Choice Halloween edition of Level of the Week. Its incredible art theme combines the art 0 creation tool with its gameplay, which makes the level a very memorable and enjoyable experience all throughout.

Does Jiggmin have any whereabouts of LotW anymore, or is he just on another giant rampage of neglect?
What is PR2 like nowadays? Can I still create a level or will all the new level features make me balk?

I saw a spreadsheet that had them not long ago. It is floating around out there. I could probably track it down if you are interested.
Jiggmin doesn't and hasn't had involvement for a long time. bls1999 is our overlord and we don't deserve him.
There aren't so many updates that it will feel foreign. Still feels like PR2.
