My supervisor was mad at the other 3 people I work with for barely getting any work done (they come in 3 hours early)

It's funny cause when I get in there and work my ass off, we don't have that problem

Isn't it funny how it's glaringly obvious I'm the hardest worker of the 4, and yet they don't promote me

Have you asked for a promotion? The main reason a lot of people don't get one is because they didn't take initiative :/

No but I applied for an open position

They promoted me last year to a job that I physically couldn't do because of my bad wrists

So maybe now they're too afraid it will happen again

But the promotion is literally just training new people in the department where I have the most experience

And they wanna promote someone else just cause she asked first??? I didn't even know the position was open yet when she asked

They usually post the promotion listings in the break room, that's what I was waiting for

That's the one I went for, they eventually did post the listing in the break room

But by that point, they already gave her the job

It's infuriating

I don't think it's a good time to ask my supervisor for a promotion cause he seems ticked off at us right now

Our work numbers are really low (but that's not my fault)
