If it's not harming you and it's sustainable, go on. If it isn't, face it. If you want to do something else, then push yourself off. Think of it as a bad addiction. Addictions in general are fine, but it's sounding like you want to move on. Push yourself. You can set up guard rails to stop you mindlessly watching YouTube (and if you want, I can show you what I did) but you won't be able to stop if you don't want to!
